Services include but are not limited to: concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalks, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, slab foundations, foundation installation, parking lot construction, footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, permitting requirements, and a written service agreement between Custom Greenville Concrete Company and the customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of service availability or project acceptance.
Any estimate or price quote provided by Custom Greenville Concrete Company - whether through the Site, by phone, by email, or in person - is an estimate only and not a binding commitment until a written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time and may change if site conditions, scope of work, material costs, or other factors differ from those assumed at the time of the estimate.
Material prices are subject to change based on market conditions. If material costs increase significantly between the date of an estimate and the start of work, Custom Greenville Concrete Company will notify the customer and provide a revised quote before proceeding. Project scheduling is confirmed in writing. Custom Greenville Concrete Company will make reasonable efforts to begin and complete work within the agreed timeframe, but may not be held responsible for delays caused by weather, material supply issues, permit processing, subcontractor availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any deposits or fees that may apply, will be specified in your written service agreement. In general, deposits for materials already ordered or work already performed may not be refundable upon cancellation.
Custom Greenville Concrete Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project if site conditions make safe or proper completion impossible, if required permits cannot be obtained, or if payment obligations under a prior or current agreement are not met.
Payment terms for each project will be set forth in the written service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or according to a milestone schedule specified in the agreement. Payment is due in full upon receipt of invoice unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest or fees as specified in the service agreement. Custom Greenville Concrete Company reserves the right to suspend or discontinue work on any project where payment obligations are not being met.
In the event that collection efforts are required, the customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the project site, including property boundaries, the location of underground utilities, irrigation systems, and any conditions that could affect the work. Custom Greenville Concrete Company will call for a utility locate before excavation, but customers should also notify us of any private utilities (such as irrigation lines or invisible fences) not covered by the standard locate service.
Customers are responsible for clearing the work area of personal property, vehicles, and obstructions before the scheduled start date, and for ensuring safe, reasonable access to the work site throughout the project.
Custom Greenville Concrete Company warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. Any warranty specific to a project will be described in the written service agreement.
Concrete is a natural material that can crack over time due to ground movement, temperature changes, settling, and other factors beyond our control, particularly in areas with expansive clay soils like those found throughout Northeast Texas. Normal hairline cracking or minor surface variation is not a defect and is not covered under any warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, all services and information provided through the Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Greenville Concrete Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site, any services provided, or these Terms and Conditions - even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Custom Greenville Concrete Company for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or property damage caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Custom Greenville Concrete Company.
